Had the pleasure of sitting down with Tony Scardino aka Professor Pizza. He shares his long and winding journey of discovering how passionate he is about pizza. He initially fell in love with hospitality while serving hot dogs with his uncle. He has a lot of experience in several kitchens. He even went to school for music. While working with his dad within the commercial real estate space, he realized he couldn't stop thinking about anything that has to do with pizza.
